These terms cover your use of Arcwick’s website and participation in Arcwick’s text-messaging program. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Website and services

Arcwick provides web design and lead-conversion services. Contacting us or using this website does not purchase a service or create a paid subscription. Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, cancellation, and deliverables are set out in the separate agreement for your project. We do not guarantee a specific number of inquiries, appointments, sales, or revenue.

Permitted use

Use the website and chat widget for lawful inquiries and communications. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to share, send abusive content, or attempt to disrupt the website or access other people’s information.

Arcwick SMS program

When you choose an SMS consent option in our chat widget, you agree to receive the type of Arcwick messages described in that option. Informational messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations or reminders, and service updates. Promotional messages about Arcwick services or offers are sent only if you separately choose promotional consent.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies with your requests, services, and selected consent options. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can contact us by email or telephone instead.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any Arcwick program text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out; further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the website widget to provide fresh consent.

Reply HELP for assistance, email sales@arcwick.com, or call (727) 361-9599. Tell us if the telephone number you supplied changes or is no longer yours.

Delivery and availability

Text delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Website and messaging availability may be interrupted. These channels are not intended for emergency assistance.

Privacy and changes

See our Privacy Policy for information about messaging data and consent. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not enroll you in a new category of messages without the appropriate consent.
